• Bachelor
  degree in : Accounting, Business, Marketing, Finance, Banking or any
  other related field,
• At
  least three years experience in a microfinance industry,
• Experience
  in group and individual lending methodology,
• Solid
  experience in marketing and client management, especially small income
  earners.

• Good
  knowledge of economics and strong knowledge of fundamentals on the credit
  methodology,
• Strong
  knowledge of Rwandan market especially SME’s clients,
• Flexibility
  of working extra hours even in the week end,
• Willingness
  to work under pressure,
• Demonstrate
  ability to manage group of many people,
• Prove
  the capacity of doing a good loan assessment,
• Experience
  of dealing with difficult customers,
• Strong
  experience in doing recovery.
• Experience
  in administering loans,
• Good
  knowledge of insurance,
• Good
  knowledge of dealing with clients who operates using mobile banking.
• Good
  oral and written communication skills
• Willingness
  and ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Highly
  developed sense of responsibility and correctness
• Willingness
  to take on field work
• Must
  have very clean bill of health

• Solicit
  new loan accounts in accordance with specific provisions of AXON
  Tunga ;
• Organize
  and animate solidary groups and ensure their financial education and
  literacy ;
• Conduct
  client’ assessments and organize loan orientation seminars;
• Prepare
  and present credit applications to the branch credit committee for
  approvals;
• Supervises
  weekly meetings with the groups, and ensure zero tolerance against past
  due.
• Conduct
  area mapping and other survey activities tasked by the supervisor;
