As
the Leading Hand, you will be responsible for coordinating a team to
drive each project and ensure prompt delivery. The role is a minimum of 5 days
a week with Saturday work available.

- Supervise
the team and assign work priorities - Ensure
high quality outcomes relating to the project are achieved - Provide
assistance and training to site staff - Monitor
safety and quality of work
Skills

- Minimum
3 years experience in related work - Advanced
ticket, transport and drivers licence required - High
level of organisational and time management skills - Great
leadership, motivational and people-management abilities - Able
to monitor work environments and ensure safety and quality requirements
are met
