Change Recruitment are assisting a global legal firm to recruit for a new addition to their Document Production team. This role is slightly out of the ordinary however, as we are seeking someone who not only has excellent systems knowledge but who can also pass this knowledge onto colleagues. The ideal applicant for the role will be an experienced legal secretary with is currently a SuperUser or the person colleagues come to with IT queries.
Key experience and skills for consideration include:
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Visio, Publisher and Excel;
• Solid experience in a legal secretarial role, gained with Corporate or Commercial;
• Minimum typing speed of 65wpm with high accuracy levels;
• Strong team working and communication skills;
• Multi-tasking skills;
• The ability to teach and pass on knowledge.
In addition to training and support colleagues, the post holder will produce a wide variety of documents including large documents utilising track changes, correspondence and marketing materials. This will be a busy and varied role within a close knit team.
