Assistant Trustee Administrator Job Vacancy in Edinburgh

Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking an Assistant Trustee Administrator to work within their Edinburgh team. The Assistant Trustee Administrator will be required to support in providing a high quality trustee and depositary monitoring service to ensure that clients comply with the FSA rules and in accordance with the Trustee and Depositary Services corporate trusteeship responsibilities.
Responsibilities of the Assistant Trustee Administrator:
– Help in the resolve of complex enquiries and queries.
– Reconciliations and Distributions
– Fee authorisation and payment
– Box Instructions from Manager

Knowledge/Background of the Trustee Administrator:
– Preferably having a Trustees or custody background.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Excellent IT skills
– A willingness to study for professional qualifications
