Our
client


Growing in size and reputation, our client is now a leading force in the local
development market, with offices locally and abroad. They look to find an
additional Civil Design Engineer for the Land Development team.
 
The team
Working in a large multidisciplinary team, consisting of Civil Engineer,
Designers, Planners, Urban Designers, Surveyor and Architects you will join an
established Land Development design team and report into a Design Manager.
 
The role
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for design and drafting and
preparation of concept and detailed design briefs for a range of clients and
well as expert engineering advice.
 
You will also be able to project manage your own projects in close consultation
with the design manager, prepare cost estimates and manage contracts and
stakeholder relationships.
 
And what about you?
To be considered for this role you will have had a demonstrated background in a
design/project management position at a similar company in the local market, be
well across local standards and design codes such as AS 3500 and WSAA
standards.
 
Being a design position, it is critical that you have a history using software
such as 12D, MX, Music and AutoCAD and be able to comply to QA systems such as
ISO9001.
