Based in our Head
Office in Sydney’s CBD this role reports to the Manager Business Planning, but
also supports the Group Controller. With a focus on budgeting and the business
planning process, this role will have a major impact across Arrium. In addition
there will be an opportunity to add significant value supporting strategic
corporate projects focusing on the long term growth of the organisation. Key to
the success of this role will be your ability to engage with stakeholders at
different levels in the organisation and delivering an efficient and value
adding planning process, within an extremely deadline-orientated environment.

The right candidate
will possess tertiary qualifications in accounting, be CPA / CA qualified
combined with strong financial modelling skills. Given the complexity of the
role you will require a proven track record in delivering both operational and
strategic elements of the position. Working in a corporate environment you will
understand the need to build relationships with key internal stakeholders to
influence outcomes. Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to model,
analyse and summarise data is essential.
