•Minimum 3 years experience in typewriting
•Minimum speed 38 to 40 words per minute (WPM)
1.2.Qualification
•Worm 5 or above, with at least a certificate in
typewriting
•Ready to finish the targets on a daily basis
without pending jobs
2.GRAPHICS DESIGNER
1.1.Requirements
•Shoot and Edit videos
•Competent with all Adobe Creative Suite softwares
+ final cut pro
•Photographic skills
•Design a series of brochures for print
•More than 4 years of experience in similar area
1.2.Qualifications
•Degree in Graphics Design or equivalent
•Knowledge of CMS, hand coding HTML and CSS an
added advantage
•Been able to work under pressure and tight
deadlines weekends inclusive
3.Property Valuation Manager
3.1.Responsibility
•To manage the valuation department
•Achieve the self and team targets without fail
•Assist management with weekly, monthly and quarterly
reports
•Manage the company assets allocated to valuation
department
•Build good relationship with the customers and
stake holders
•Forecasting the market trend
3.2.Qualifications
•A BSc Real Estate/Equivalent
•Minimum of 5 years experience in property
valuation (residential and commercial)
•Valid driver’s license
3.3.Competencies
•Good marketing skills
•Good knowledge in IT particularly MS Office, Google
Maps. Navigation etc
•Experience in managing client relations
•Ability to work independently
•Leadership skills
•Timely delivery of expected results
•Willingness to travel all over the country and
abroad at times
•A very strong knowledge in the property valuations
both commercial and residential
