1.1.Responsibility
•To manage the valuation department
•Achieve the self and team targets without fail
•Assist management with weekly, monthly and quarterly
reports
•Manage the company assets allocated to valuation
department
•Build good relationship with the customers and
stake holders
•Forecasting the market trend
1.2.Qualifications
•A BSc Real Estate/Equivalent
•Minimum of 5 years experience in property
valuation (residential and commercial)
•Valid driver’s license
1.3.Competencies
•Good marketing skills
•Good knowledge in IT particularly MS Office, Google
Maps. Navigation etc
•Experience in managing client relations
•Ability to work independently
•Leadership skills
•Timely delivery of expected results
•Willingness to travel all over the country and
abroad at times
•A very strong knowledge in the property valuations
both commercial and residential
