In anticipation of a USAID-funded land tenure project in Rwanda, Tetra Tech ARD is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified candidates for the following position:
Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP)
DCOP candidates must fulfill the following qualifications:
• Advanced degree in law, public administration, business administration, or other related field
• A minimum of 10 years of technical experience in a relevant field, preferably in Rwanda
• Experience working on international donor-funded projects (USAID preferred) with senior management experience
• Notable experience supervising complex programs or operations
• A minimum of 5 years experience in direct supervision of professional and support staff
• Strong interpersonal communication, analytical and writing skills are required
• Fluency in spoken and written English and French

Tetra Tech ARD is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified candidates for a range of technical specialists needed to staff an anticipated USAID-funded land tenure project in Rwanda.
Tetra Tech ARD seeks candidates for the following technical areas:
• Land Administration Specialist
• Land Conflict/Dispute Resolution Specialist
• Environmental Impact and Compliance Specialist
• Research and Research Capacity Building Specialist
• Land Law and Policy Specialist
• Legal Aid Specialist
• Land Tenure Specialist
• Gender and Vulnerable Populations Specialist
• Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
• Communications and Public Outreach Specialist
• Administration and Finance Officer
Candidates must fulfill the following qualifications:
• Master’s degree in a related field of expertise preferred, or at least 10 years of technically relevant experience
• A minimum of 5 years of technical work experience in one or more of the above listed areas
• Prior experience working on land related or development projects funded by USAID, or by other major donors preferred
• Fluency in English and French language required
• Rwandan nationality required
