critical Middle office and implementation projects

Multiple headcounts available – 12 months contracts ongoing afterwards
IT Technical BAs – 5 roles
Client facing BAs – 2 roles
Fantastic opportunity to assist with large complex project deliverables
Key words: Pcontrol, Hiportfolio, Unit Registry, Custody, Middle
office,
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Multiple
projects available to assist with system migration, projects onboarding
and other enhancements across Pcontrol, Hiportollio, other registry and DW
systems - Writing
functional design as an IT/Technical analyst - Gathering
requirements from the business stakeholders and assisting with client
onboarding - Responsible
for producing detailed business and functional specifications - Responsible
for developing solutions which de-risk project delivery by simplifying
process, reducing costs or reducing IT effort. - Assisting
with AS IS and TO BE requirements - Developing
requirements that are fit-for-purpose, accurate and display an
understanding of the financial implications to the project or program and
manage the requirements throughout the life of the project - Conducting
QA testing - Process
analysis and solution definition - Working
efficiently with the customer and development teams
Successful
candidate must have the following experience:

- Proven
track record working as as a Technical
IT Business Analysis experience gained within
Custody, unit registry, fund management or FS background - 3
years + in Custody, Unit Registry, Fund management, etc - Must
have Composer, Hiportfolio, Pcontrol or similar experience - Technical
BA background and ability to write functional design is required for most
of the roles - Client
facing BA experience required for the other 2 headcounts - Outstanding
workflows, process mapping, requirements gathering, ability to write
functional design and documentation exp - Must
have detailed Documentation experience – able to draft detailed
business, functional requirements, and relevant governance
documentation - Strong
customer focus and ability to consult with stakeholders - Understanding
of process methodologies with project and systems development life cycle
experience. - Ability
to lead and manage detailed analysis work independently
