This
position involves the facilitation of loan applications from approval through
to the settlement of the loan. Responsibilities include but are not
limited to;

- Liaising
with clients and collecting information for a finance applications - Assessment
of a clients capacity to repay a loan - File
management and compliance during the application/settlement process - Working
with our panel of lenders to gain approvals for clients - Timely
submission and settlement of clients loans - Maintaining
client database and follow up
Skills
Required
Required
- Excellent
phone manner - Previous
banking or finance experience will be highly regarded - Motor
vehicle dealership experience is valuable - Previous
sales experience a plus - Knowledge
of lending and bank policies is beneficial - Certificate
IV in finance and mortgage broking beneficial
