fast-growing training organisation as an Quality Assurance Officer –
Administration.

As a Quality
Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for undertaking the quality
assurance of student records and a range of general administrative duties
supporting the administration department.

Job tasks
and responsibilities

  • Management
    and quality assurance of student records, assessment materials and student
    documentation
  • Data
    entry including attendance recording and certificate issuance, as well as
    filing and archiving
  • Maintenance
    of student results and assessment outcomes the student management
    information systems
  • Providing
    excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Compliant
    record keeping, document collection and data entry to support student
    applications
  • Supporting
    the Enrolment Officer, the Administration Team and the National
    Administration Manager as required

Skills and
experience

Required

  • At
    least 2 years’ previous experience in administration with an RTO
  • High
    attention to detail and accuracy
  • An
    ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels and
    groups.
  • Experience
    using student management systems – experience with Job Ready RTO is highly
    desirable
  • An
    understanding of AVETMISS and student administration requirements and
    compliance
  • An
    understanding of VET regulatory requirements
  • Ability
    to work within a team and autonomously

Desired

  • Additional
    experience and qualifications in business administration is highly
    desirable
  • Knowledgeable
    in training packages, compliance requirements and the VET sector an
    advantage
