My client is a well-established leading supplier of machinery and engineering equipment to the manufacturing, toolmaking and general engineering industry sectors. Their impressive portfolio of products consists of both conventional and CNC machine tools and peripheral equipment. The Role:
You will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relations whilst developing new business and procuring sales of the company’s product range into diverse sectors of the manufacturing industry across the state of Victoria. You will be an integral member of the national sales team and be dealing with influential decision makers on a daily basis. You will be provided with extensive training and support from a company that will invest heavily in your future.
The Candidate:
You are a confident, organised and highly motivated self-starter. You will have a background in an engineering discipline and have at least a few years experience in procuring sales of machinery, tooling or other industry supplies – frequently calling on small to major multi and international manufacturing companies. You will be working autonomously but also part of a results driven national team.
Favour will be given to sales professionals experienced in this genre, but if you are fresh off the tools with the relevant background and appropriate attitude, you could be considered. BUT – you need to really impress…
