Our client Airtel is a telecommunication company in Rwanda and is seeking to
recruit a result driven and motivated individual for the vacancy above;
Job Objective:
Heads the RA & Fraud Function and is responsible for customizing OpCo
strategy policies and procedures based on group framework. Improving review and
control systems and developing/reviewing procedures to prevent, detect and analyze
fraud or other anomalies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for setting up, recommending corrective actions and controls as well as
maximization of Revenue - Data
Mining- Extraction of data from applications to database - Identifying
mismatches between data ( Reconciliations) - Product
configuration Validations. - Action
plan for cross functional closures (CFT) - Identifying
Fraud loopholes (e.g hacking, by passing elements etc) - Experience
in GSM audit and forensic investigation ( Data Forensics) - Understands
telecom business process flow
Qualification and Skills:
- A
recognized undergraduate degree preferably in IT or Computer Sciences - At least
3-5years working experience - IT skills
( Basics of Assess/ SQL/ACL/Excel/Unix - Process
orientation ( Basics of telecom and GSM) - Interpersonal
Skills - Strong
data analytical skills& Report methodology
