• Responsible
  to manage, monitor and supervise the overall contract administration of
  the project. 
• Responsible
  to assess and evaluate the contractual rights, obligations and risks
  contained in the main contract of the projects on a timely basis. 
• Coordinate
  Quantity Survey works at site. 
• Taking
  off Quantities Measurement. 
• Prepare
  tender cost submission, pricing, quantity take off and cost evaluation. 
• Pre
  and post contract administration.

• Must
  possess at least Bachelors Degree or higher qualification in Quantity
  Survey or equivalent.
• Language
  required Bahasa Malaysia, English,and Chinese.
• Required
  verbal and written in Mandarin.  
• At
  least 3 years of working experience in the related field. 
• Self-motivated,
  possess strong sense of responsibility, initiative and systematic. 
• Team
  player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
