TERMS OF REFERENCE
I.Position:
Aga Khan Foundation Canada (AKFC) is seeking
a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) specialist (or team of specialists) to 1)
assess the M&E needs of AKFC staff and 2) deliver targeted advice and
professional development for AKFC staff. The consultancy will comme

III.Approach:
The Consultant will:
· Conduct a needs assessment to identify
specific M&E needs for AKFC staff through discussions with staff and
reviewing existing logic models and performance management frameworks;

· Identify online/print resources (i.e., tip
sheets, videos, guidelines, etc.) relevant to AKFC’s priority professional
development needs in M&E;

· Develop and deliver a two-day workshop on
specific M&E topics that are relevant to all staff, incorporating specific
AKFC examples and orient staff to the compiled M&E learning resources;

· Provide one-on-one follow up
support/coaching to AKFC staff for a period of six months after the training,
as needed; and

V.Qualifications:
The consultant(s) should be a senior
professional with an advanced degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5-10
years of experience. The candidate(s) should bring to the position:

· Experience in developing resources and
