customers are fabricating products su

sails, Mars lander parachutes and leather belts for mine workers and much more.
Your
main role is to install new systems on site and train customers in the software
and system operation. This involves building the vacuum table and installing
the cutting system. This normally involves two people over three days, followed
by two more days of commissioning and training of the customer.

Additional
responsibilities consist of servicing existing installations, trouble shooting,
diagnosing electrical and or mechanical problems on site and sorting out
computer, software and networking problems. All this with the assistance of the
factory staff.

Traveling
interstate will be an important part of this position, averaging one to two
weeks per month (Mon to Fri.) International travel may be required from

will need good communication and customer service skills, along with a fairly
high level of technical know-how to be an affective service technician. We are
