SAFETY COORDINATOR / SUPERVISOR (Building)
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and lead the safety team & subcontractors in the implementation of Company’s safety management system at sites
• Liaise closely with site operation staff and Project Managers on all safety and health issues
• Assist Safety Officer in accident reporting and investigations as well tool box meeting
Requirements:
• Possess minimum two years’ relevant working experience
• Be familiar with Microsoft Words/Excel
• Good interpersonal skills
• Be firm and diligent
• Able to work independently and at the same time be a team player
Maintenance Coordinator / Supervisor (Commercial Building)
Responsibilities
• Attend and supervise the maintenance works of completed projects
• Liaise closely with the clients and subcontractors to ensure timely completion and quality standards of work
• Ensure high level of safety is maintained at the site
Requirements
• Min Nitec/ Diploma in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Facilities Management or its equivalent
• Min 3 years’ of relevant working experience in Construction Industry
• Possess Class 3 license
• Experiences in Commercial Building
• Be assertive, independent and proactive
• Possess good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit
Senior/Construction Engineer & Supervisor (MRT & Building)
Responsibilities
• Supervise the structural works of sub-contractors and work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule
• Attend site meetings and ensure that works carried out are in accordance with the project plan
• Adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices and ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship so as to meet the stringent requirements conducted during site tests and inspections
Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
• Be assertive, independent and proactive
• Possess good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit
Design Engineer (MRT)
Responsibilities
• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities, review and provide solutions to technical problems as well as plan, monitor and report work progress
• Prepare technical submissions for materials, construction methods and C&S shop drawings
• Expected to resolve construction issues on drawings and liaise closely with architectural and M&E teams as well as the authorities
Requirements
• Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering with relevant design working experiences
• Conversant in British Design Standards
• Familiar with working within LTA rail & road structures protection zones will be an advantage
• Experience with MRT projects will be added advantage
• Be independent, analytical, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
M&E Supervisor/ Coordinator (Mechanical& Electrical)
Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the work of sub-contractors and work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule

Architectural Supervisor & Coordinator
Responsibilities
• Coordinate, organize and prepare construction documents and drawings
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with sub-contractors and clients
• Execute operational work schedules and implementation of the architectural work trade on site to achieve target and deadlines
Requirements
• Min Nitec in Building (Architectural)/ Diploma in Architecture, Building Design or equivalent qualifications
• Min 2 years of local experiences
• Able to work independently and at the same time be a team player
• Able to meet deadlines and multitask
Other Important Information
• All above mentioned positions, you need to have local (Singapore) working experiences
