Our client is a leading US MNC in dealing with magnetic components and supplying their products to many global leaders worldwide. Currently, they are seeking to invite a suitably qualified candidate to join them;
OVERVIEW:
• Accounts Payable
• Inventory
• Inter-company reconciliation
• General Ledger
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Process supplier invoices, vouchers, payments to suppliers
• Compute and process staff commission and claims etc
• Reconciliation of inventory balances and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Handle inter-company purchases reconciliation
• Prepare and handle month-end closing reporting
• Comparison of GL variances
• Responsible for overseas VAT filing
• Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audit
• Assist in SOX internal control documentation and control test
• Assist to prepare US year-end report and other reports as required
REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma in Accounting or ACCA
• At least 2 years of experience in MNC environment
• Good accounting knowledge and Internal Control procedures
• Proficient in Advanced Excel (Pivot table, V-lookup, H-lookup etc)
• Good in numbers
• Able to communicate verbally and written in English and Mandarin effectively
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
