Accounts Assistant / Executive (Accpac / 5Days / Perm) Accounts Assistant / Accounts Executive
To assist the Finance Manager matters of the company.

Job Responsibilities
• Prepare journal for any adjustment (AR/AP/GL)Verify all the invoices, prepare payment voucher
• Prepare invoice, debit note and intercompany billing
• Monitor payment and collection for both Singapore and China office
• Ensure accounting entries are updated timely
• Prepare audit schedule and Bank Reconcile
• Timely update of accounting entry into system
• Assist in closing of the full set of accounts for Singapore companies within the group
• Responsible for GST returns
• Assist in any ad-hoc finance related duties

Job Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Accounting
• 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience preferably from the construction industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
• PC literate (MS Office, MYOB, Accpac)
• Self-motivated, positive, organized and meticulous candidate
• Responsible and committed
• Independent and able to work under pressure
