Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
• Able to leading of a team of accounts Staffs
• Preparation of group accounts consolidation and reconciliation
• Maintenance of full set of account
• Preparation of group management report to Board of Directors
• Handling and checking of both local and overseas reporting unit
• Preparation of holding and the subsidiaries’ Annual Financial Report
• Liaison with internal and external authorities, for instant Tax Agent, Tax Consultant, External Auditors, Bankers, IRAS, etc.
• Arrangement of inter-company billing.
• Responsible for GST report quarterly filing.
• Renewal of Bank facilities – Banker Guarantee, Term loan facilities, etc
• Handling of foreign currencies exchanges,
• Setting of internal control and policies
• Maintaining accounting system and handling upgrading tasks whenever applied
Requirements:
• CPA or Full ACCA
• Have at least 6 years managerial level experience or equivalent
• Good personality
• Having initiatives to take on tasks whenever deemed required
Salary: $5 k – $6 k
Location: 5 days, West, Tuas with transport.
