Position 1
Accountant (Perm) – MNC – Oil & Gas
Responsibilities
• Reporting to Finance Manager
• Responsible for staff in work flow efficiency and ensure works are kept up to date.
• Prepare timely and accurate submissions of financial reports, statutory accounts and forecasts, in coordination with various departments.
• Assist in budgetary, preparation of reports that adhere to corporate budget and capital expenditure policies and guidelines.
• Ensure reporting complies with IFRS.
• Advise on financial impact of work in progress, agreements and internal control procedures.
• Liaise with internal and external parties e.g. auditors, tax authorities, tax agents and government agencies.
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements
• Degree in Accounting/ACCA
• At least 5 years’ working experience in financial accounting works with 3 years in auditing works.
• Good communication skills in both English & Chinese
• Member of ICPAS preferred.
• Knowledge of J D Edwards, Excel, Hyperion Reporting and Budget modeling applications.
• Experience in documentation and implementation of workflows and processes.
• Good analytical skills and high level of integrity for financial stewardship.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Resilience in upholding corporate governance and statutory requirements.

Position 2
Accountant (Perm) – Foreign Based Subsidiary
Responsibilities
• Prepare/review monthly financial report of company
• Perform monthly financial analysis of group and company
• Prepare consolidated financial statements
• Perform internal audit of overseas subsidiary in Thailand.
• Liaise with external auditors for annual statutory audit
• Prepare group and company cash flow projection
• Administer SAPB1 system
• Prepare GST F5 submission
• Tax planning and transfer pricing analysis
• Ad-hoc assignment
Requirements
• Degree in Accounting/ACCA
• Min 4-5 years relevant working experience with 2 years of audit experience in audit firms
• Good communication skills in both English & Chinese
• Possess sharp, analytical and inquiring mind
• Sound local tax knowledge.
• Experience in ERP system is an advantage
• Salary range : $4K – $5K
• Location & Working days : Penjuru/5days work week
• Transport pick up to & fro from Jurong East, Boon Lay & Others pick up points in the West.

Position 3
Accountant (6 Months Contract) – MNC Oil & Gas
Responsibilities:
Management Reporting
To assist in the timeliness and accuracy of month end closing activities of operating entities in Singapore
• Prepare monthly trial balance for review
• Supervise preparation of monthly revenue reports, capex budget control reports, expense deviation reports, KPI
• Submission of Outlook soft / SAP report
• Maintain FA Register
• Run monthly depreciation
• Prepare monthly interest expense / income / financial expenditure schedule
• Prepare monthly accrual schedules / journals
• To review and oversee the work of 3 accounts executive / accounts assistants
• To review and oversee the timely submission of regional entity and various regional holding companies
• Prepare latest estimates / annual budget for company entities and support designated regional operating companies in the LE / budget projects
Cash Management
• Support in the administering of loans under Singapore operating entities including actual and projections for loan drawdown, principal & interest repayment
• Support in the administering of excess cash for Singapore operating entities including actual and projections for fixed deposit placement & rollover
Monitor all loans with OT finance – recording keeping of all loan agreements and renewal of interest period
• Liaise with OT Finance / banks on FD placement of excess cash for Singapore entities – record keeping of all FDs and interest period
Others
• Provide support to regional companies
• Any other ad hoc matters assigned by management from time to time
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting/ACCA
• Min 4-5 years of relevant working experience
• Good communication skills in both English & Chinese
• Able to commit till Dec 2011
• Salary range up to $4.5K
• Location & Working days : Jurong Island /5days work week
• Transport pick to & from Boon Lay MRT
• Only Singaporean/PR need to apply
