Job Scope:
– Oversee the monthly closing of company’s accounts
– Handle subsidiaries and associate companies consolidation of accounts
– Perform monthly PL review, analysis for direct and indirect costs
– Support the annual budget exercise
– Perform seasonality and quarterly forecast
– Liaise with internal and external auditor on audit issues
– Maintain exchange rate, chart of accounts and system issues pertaining to GL
– Handle statutory accounts for subsidiaries
– Support Singapore and India tax computation and queries
– Prepare audit/tax schedules
– Other ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
• Degree in Accountancy from a Local recognized University or ACCA/ qualified CPA
• Minimum 4 to 5 years relevant experience with strong financial accounting background, including consolidation, preferably with 2 years experience in audit background from Big 4 Audit company
• Good tax knowledge and experience in Singapore tax as well as overseas
• Knowledge of ERP Accounting system and Excel preferred
• Possess initiative, analytical skills and is numeric
• Assertive and able to garner cooperation from the subsidiaries and associated companies
