opportunity exists for a dynamic clinical content developer in a rapidly
growing online mental health service. The MindSp
ot Clinic provides online
assessments and treatments to Australian adults with anxiety and depressive
disorders. The Clinic is seeking an experienced mental health professional to
help create, build and grow the educational, treatment, and communication
materials available from our website.
The role will offer
the right candidate a rapidly changing environment where you can utilise your
experience to create materials that will help members of the public learn and
understand about their mental health and wellbeing. You need to be a
self-starter, highly-motivated, resourceful and have a “can do”
attitude. A passion for learning is necessary to be successful in this role.
Key
Responsibilities;
- Help
develop a strategy for creating and deploying a broad range of clinical
information resources - Develop
and implement content designed to help consumers identify and manage high
prevalence mental health problems - Create
high-quality consumer-focused content for website, other online resources,
and other marketing media including printed content according to deadlines - Maintain
and nurture key relationships within team - Contribute
to the ongoing improvement of the value proposition and our customer
experience - Assist
in the analysis and reporting across all areas of campaign effectiveness
Key Criteria;
- Superior
communication skills essential (verbal and written) and strong
consumer-oriented marketing copy writing skills - Research,
curate and write engaging material for an online audience - Ability
to prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines. - Minimum
2 years experience as a mental health professional - Experience
(desirable) in marketing, journalism, communications or related field
