Senior HR executive / HR executive – Training (MNC/transport provided)
Senior HR Executive
Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of HR officers in Recruitment, Welfare and Payroll Functions
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist Senior HR Manager in ensuring Recruitment, Payroll, Welfare services are rendered to meet agreed MBO.
• Work with the Senior HR Manager to formulate and recommend HR plans and programs in accordance with local regulatory requirements and in support of the business objectives
• Manage a team of HR Specialist personnel and provide direction & advisory support to the line managers and internal customers
• Partner closely with HR Officers in specialised functions such as Payroll, Recruitment and Welfare
• Manage all existing HR Welfare matters
• Prior experience with Union, HAZE and MERCER
• Ad Hoc projects and assignments
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources, Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.

HR Executive – Training.
Responsibilities:
• Develop all training programs including new employee orientation
• Conduct training needs and post-training assessments
• Maintain employee training records, training documentation in a timely fashion and to meet corporate and regulatory requirements
• Perform training administration duties and preparations for training deliveries including preparation of training materials, training rooms, training props etc
• Evaluate and improve training effectiveness through close follow-up with trainees and trainers
• Responsible for Management Trainee Development program including classroom training, OJT, training evaluation and performance management
• Other ad-hoc training related activities/ projects
Requirements:
• Degree in Chemistry or Engineering
• 2 years of relevant experience in training with manufacturing company
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Able to speak Chinese(mandarin) and English
