Job responsibilities:
a) Coordinate
corporate sales activities together with Marketing and Finance;
b) Define
sales targets jointly with HOBS and report on sales target fulfilment to HOBS
based on corporate clients;
c) Coaching
and training Client Advisers and other Banking services staff on how to sell
bank’s products
d) Ensure
a proactive direct marketing of banking services and products to corporate
clients.
e) Plan
and implement client’s event, promotions and client orientation with focus on
corporate clients.
f)  Work
with corporate and high net worth clients, and ensure that their savings
balances increase and will remain high; while maintaining good customer
service at all times.
g) Identify
and attract new clients
h) Provide
technical inputs to the Client Advisors so that they are able to respond to
clients’  inquiries
i)   Ensure
that quality checks, AML checks, internal control checks, and skills assessments
are periodically done on corporate/high net worth clients
j)   Responsible
for the overall growth of deposit portfolio that are expected from corporate
and high net worth clients
TRAINING / OTHER
k)  Take
lead in the market survey and in the development and design of new non-credit
products for corporate clients.
l)   Take
lead in the drafting of procedures and product conditions for newly
implemented products and services for corporate clients.
m)Carries out classroom trainings in topics
related to sales and product implementation.
n) Ensure
proper implementation of new products, services and workflows, with a
specific focus on external money transfer services for corporate clients.
Academic Qualification:
·        
Bachelor degree in business field
Experience:
·        
A minimum of two (2) years working
experience in business field
·        
Previous work in a financial institution
will be an additional advantage.
