staff for the following positions:

1.
Internal Auditor

Requirements

  • 2-4
    years in internal or external audit
  • Experience
    in financial sector is required
  • Pro-active
    and determined personality ‘.’

Main Tasks

  • Build
    up the Audit department
  • Draft
    policies and procedures
  • Carry
    out risk based financial and operational audits
  • Preparation
    of risk reports
  • Work
    with senior management to drive risk management process

 

2.
IT Officers (2 Vacancies)

Requirements

  • 2-5
    years of professional experience in an operational IT role
  • Evidence
    of sound experience in
  • Server
    administration (modern MS Windows server and PC environments (hardware,
    operation system, MS Office, SOL database, network connections), patch
    management, scripting, user administration)
  • Advanced
    knowledge of Windows Active Directory Network environment, DNS and DHCP
  • IT
    security tools and methods (firewalls, VPN, TCP/IP)
  • Backup
    and recovery procedures

Main Tasks

  • Monitor
    and analyze logging data and report system operating figures
  • Communicate
    system or network events, troubleshoot problems and escalate within
    organization

3.
Accountants (2 Vacancies)

Requirements

  • 2·5
    years practical experience in accounting
  • Experience
    in financial sector required
  • Practical
    knowledge of local and international accounting standards (IAS and IFRS)
  • Strong
    presentation skills
  • Experience
    with reporting standards to local authorities

Main Tasks

  • Set up
    the Accounting department
  • Draft
    policies and procedures
  • Financial
    accounting General Ledger maintenance and cost accounting
  • Regulatory
    accounting and reporting to supervisory institutions
  • Liquidity
    planning and Tax return
  • Reporting
    to management and international shareholders

 

4.
Executive Assistance

Requirements

  • 2-4
    years of experience in similar position
  • Good
    time management and organizational skills
  • Good
    communication and customer service skills
  • Pro-active
    and determined personality

Main Tasks

  • Assist
    the management team in daily activities
  • Communicate
    with local and international business partners
  • Organize
    and manage meetings/seminars

 

5.
HR Officer

Requirements

  • 2-4
    years of relevant, HR experience
  • Solid
    knowledge of Labour law and human resources policies in the Republic of
    Rwanda
  • Pro-active
    and determined personality

Main Tasks

  • Build
    up the HR Department
  • Establish
    and maintain appropriate HR Records, both paper “and IT-based
  • Implement
    feedback mechanisms, development processes and reward structures
  • Work
    with Management to identify recruitment needs, organize and participate in
    recruitment interviews and associated activities

 

6.
Administration Officer

Requirements

  • 2-4 years
    of experience in relevant position
  • Experience
    in cost effective management of procurements
  • Knowledge
    of local real estate and construction context is an asset
  • Good
    time management and organizational skills
  • Pro-active
    and personality with integrity

Main Tasks

  • Build
    up the Admin Department
  • Manage
    procurement of business equipment and services
  • Identify
    potential business premises
  • Organize
    and manage procurement and reconstruction of future business premises
  • Maintain
    appropriate records in the department

 

7.
Legal Advisor

Requirements

• 2 – 4 years of
relevant experience
• Solid knowledge of legal framework for financial institutions
• Deep understanding of contractual law

Main Tasks

• Provide legal
assistance to management
• Assist departments in daily operations
• Develop training sessions for operational staff
• Liaise with external legal specialists
• Develop infernal resource capacities
