Our client is a tier 1 structural engineering consultancy, after having completed a large scale development in Perth they have now been awarded with substantial additional project work and have set up an office in the city, this consultancy is a highly reputable one that boasts a portfolio consisting of some of the country’s most iconic and prestigious projects, project work in Perth is already secured.
Working closely with the existing leadership team as a Director, you would be responsible for managing and running all aspects of staffing and development for the Perth business, you would take ownership of all business function and ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget, to the high standards achieved in their interstate operations.
As the ideal candidate you will have:
• 10+ years of local experience in structural engineering consultancy
• Extensive experience in building, or mining and minerals projects
• Strong experience in, and appreciation for the Perth market
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills essential
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Solid commercial acumen
In reward you will be offered an attractive senior leadership remuneration package which will consist of salary and additional benefits which may include company ownership, profit share, phone, laptop, parking etc. The salary component of the package is flexible as commensurate with the successful candidate’s skills and experience, though is expected to be circa $250,000 – $300,000 plus, with potential performance based bonuses in addition.
