We now have an exciting opportunity in our NSW office – State Security Operations Manager NSW.
This is a team leading position which will see you providing your expertise in the security industry and managing the day to day operations of this well established security provider. The successful candidate will be well presented and self- motivated with outstanding leadership skills.
You will act as a mentor to guide and develop a cohesive and successful team of professionals, delivering high quality, innovative services and solutions. Critical to the success of this role is the ability to communicate on a high level with major clients and manage staff on a daily basis.
Reporting to the directors and General Manager, you must be able to work autonomously. You will also demonstrate a sound track record in managing day to day operations, people management and dealing with security contractors and suppliers. Your commercial acumen, presence and ability to interact at all levels will enable you to manage your team effectively. Management experience in a security service environment and vast exposure within the security industry is required.
To be successful in this role you must have previous experience in the security industry, Cert III in Security Operations and a current security licence. You will also have good computer skills including the use of excel spreadsheets and have the ability to lead and problem solve on the move.
