Manager needed for boutique agency in Brisbane.
Your new company
Our client is a boutique real estate agency
based in South-West Brisbane. Their
vision is to become the leading real estate agency in the region and they aim
to do this by recruiting the most exceptional talent in the industry.
Your new role
This exciting role involves conducting activities to source new business
opportunities, developing and maintaining a client base, inspecting and listing
rental properties, maintaining warm relationships with owners, preparing
marketing activities, negotiating documentation, and capturing sales leads for
the benefit of the team.
What you’ll
need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have at least two years experience working for
a real estate organisation in a similar position. You will hold a current Real
Estate Certificate, Driver’s Licence, and a strong working knowledge of Excel,
MS Word, and CRM. You will be a reliable, punctual, mature individual with the
drive and determination to deliver exceptional results.
