The Rwanda Energy Group (REG) is a group of companies
created out the Reforms that the Government of Rwanda (GoR) is implementing in
the Energy and Water Sectors aimed at improving the performance of the industry
to meet the national targets for Energy and Water Services as laid out under
the EDPRS II and beyond. .

REG has since taken over the Energy operations
formerly under the Energy Water and Sanitation Authority (EWSA). The Group has
two subsidiaries, the Energy Utility Corporation Ltd in charge of ope
formerly under the Energy Water and Sanitation Authority (EWSA). The Group has

generation plants, network and sale of electricity while the Energy Development
Corporation Ltd is in charge of new generation, transmission and electricity access
development projects.
As part of the ongoing effort to create strong
corporate structures and institutional capacity, The Board of REG wishes to
recruit a competent and result oriented individual in the role of CORPORATE
SECRETARY. This is a strategic role in the Group and covers the affairs of
the REG Holding Company and the two subsidiaries.

Job Purpose
