Responsibilities:
• Attend to all incoming phone calls
• Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints
• Perform general administrative duties
• Ensure proper follow up with inward and outward referrals
• Assist in ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
• Min GCE ‘O’ Levels
• Possess good communications & interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality and confident
• Able to effectively interact with people at all levels and be a team player
• Computer Literate
• Able to start work within short notice or immediately
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 1pm – 10pm
