Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits Manager
Reports to Human Resource Chain Director (stationed in Batam)
Job responsibilities:
* Support and manage C&B schemes of employees in line with Company regulations and HR policies
• Maintain the effectiveness of C&B function policies
• To be a business partner to give advice or operation support in term of C&B
• To roll out the global/regional C&B initiatives and ensure the effectiveness
• To ensure C&B proposals are compliant to Batam/Indonesia statutory requirements and legislation.
* Propose manpower budget inclusive annual wage increment
* Managing respective organization and Human Resources
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in east.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
