MANAGER, CUSTOMER SERVICE
Across Singapore

Responsibilities:
• Manage several projects and develop good relationship with buyers of our properties
• Plan, delegate and guide the staff involved to ensure good customer satisfaction to build a reputable organization
• Implement company directions and procedures
• Recover all retention sums under S&P Agreement and to ensure good responses to purchasers’ queries

Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in Real Estate, Building Management, Estate Management or any other relevant discipline
• Dynamic personality with strong leadership traits
• Preferably 8 years’ experience in customer service
• Excellent drafting, vetting and negotiation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work with people at all levels
