Specific
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Process all local recruitment
requests in an effective and efficient manner. - Maintain up-to-date recruitment
progress report, talent database and all related staffing communication. - Track competencies of both
permanent and casual staff and provide leadership and development as
required to achieve their performance objectives. - Conduct Performance appraisal for
all staff, direct reports & ensure it is done for the rest of the
production areas. - Managing, communicating and delivering
important projects that impact other parts of the organization. - Identify key skills, specialty
skills and propose training needs accordingly. - Conduct Health and Safety drills
and refresher courses, environmental policies systems and processes. - Implement protective gear use and
direct procedure in case of accidents. - Update workman’s compensation data
in liaison with insurance service providers. - Monitor and alert Senior
Management Team of any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries
and headcount. - To be in charge of payroll
administration and to make all necessary co-ordination to make a smooth
and efficient operation (variables, compensation, special payments). - To detect and handle complaints,
disputes and grievances of all staffs.
Requirement:
Knowledge
and Education

- University degree in Human
Resource Management, Business Administration or Social Science with bias
in Human Resource Management. - Post-graduate diploma in Human
Resource Management or related field is added advantage. - Minimum of 5years HR experience
with at least 2years at Managerial level. - Preferable to have experience in
FCMG or manufacturing companies.
