We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

Job Title: Medical Sales Representative

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Detailing of company products to Hcp’s healthcare professionals doctor’s pharmacist, nurses etc.
  • Ensuring the achieving of sales values and products target of his/her respective region and territory.
  • Ensuring proper implementation of marketing activities such as focus group meetings, clinical meeting and presentations, Lab Forums, Distributor’s Forum and any other science-based presentations to all Hcp’s.
  • Organising conferences for doctors and other Hcp’s.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Science background
  • 2 years experience in Sales/Marketing of  Pharmaceuticals.
  • Computer Literate.

 

Job Title: Diagnostic Sales Representative

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • Capitalize on all field tools to include sales force to best manage territory business and account planning.
  • Ability to sell in a consultative manner such that the customer need is discovered and addressed in an individualized clinical and data-driven manner.
  • Provide ongoing field intelligence and be “current” on competitive activity, changes in markets, distribution, and pricing, as well as provide input on customer experience. Cost-effectively manage time and assets, including travel and expense budge.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex scientific literature and use extensive and complex clinical data as a key factor in the sales process.
  • Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data, reimbursement, and managed care policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • B.Sc Science Background.
  • 2 years experience in Pharmaceuticals .
  • Computer Literate.

 

Job Title: Business Manager

Locations: Abia , Anambra , Cross River , Imo , Rivers

Job Responsibility

  • To develop the Sales and capital budget for the region and be responsible for achieving same.
  • Implement policies, processes and incentive systems that will drive optimum performance among the sales team within the region.
  • To organize the sales force towards the achievement of the region Sales targets and objectives through the medical/sales reps.
  • To control, monitor, supervise and work with the medical/sales reps to achieve set targets.
  • To liaise with the Marketing department through the NBM execute marketing programs for the region.
  • To develop the company’s business evenly among the distributors, representatives and government institutions and parastatals in the region.
  • To drive the Mass de-worming program at all levels.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc Science background.
  • 3-5 Years experience in Marketing of Pharmaceuticals.
  • Computer Literate.

 

Job Title: National Sales Manager

Location: Abuja

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

Qualifications

  • B. Pharm.
  • 8 years experience in Sales/Marketing of Pharmaceuticals.
  • Computer Literate.
