In a statement published on the Cndd-Fdd Twitter page this Saturday evening, announcing that the Government of the Republic of Rwanda congratulates Burundi’s newly elected President Evariste Ndayishimiye and expresses its commitment to work towards improving the historical ties between the two brotherly countries.
