Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr’s 97-year-old mom is dead.
News of Elisabeth Rohr’s death was broken by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Twitter on Thursday.
The NFF commiserated with the bereaved coach and prayed for the deceased’s peaceful rest.

The news of the death of coach Rohr’s mother comes only 48 hours after the Franco-German led Nigeria’s national team to a 2-2 draw in an international friendly against Ukraine.
The burial arrangements for late Elisabeth Rohr have not yet been made public.
