Two pants snatching internet fraudsters popularly known as Yahoo boys has been arrested at Umutu town in Ukwuani Local Government Area of Delta State with at least ten female pants.
The two yahoo boys were paraded in Umutu town with the female pants in their possession. The female pants were reported to be used by native doctors in preparing charming the need in defrauding their victims on the internet.
