We seek to hire an experienced Production Manager that would oversee the safe
manufacturing of goods. He/ she would ultimately be responsible for planning,
coordinating, and controlling the organization’s manufacturing processes, this
would entail the smooth running of all operation lines as well as ensuring the
quality of the output. The goal is to ensure an efficient manufacturing process
that meets customers’ expectations.

Skills
and Qualifications
and Qualifications
- A
bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Woodwork, Industrial and Technical
design and a certificate in project management would be an added
advantage. - 10
years working experience in a well-established manufacturing or production
company - Good
exposure to the use of computer based machines - Deep
knowledge of production management - Understanding
of quality standards as well as health and safety regulations - Experience
in reporting on key production metrics - Strong
decision making skills with a result driven approach - Excellent
organizational and leadership skills
