Job Title: HR Systems Analyst

Job Description
- We are currently in need of a HR Systems Analyst. This
position is mainly responsible for providing Technology-driven support to
the Human resources department.
Essential Duties
- Development of Applications and workflows to streamline
and improve the efficiency of HR’s service delivery to the organization - Deployment cost-effective and customizable technologies
to improve the efficiency of HR’s service delivery to the organization - Investigate, Analyze and resolve user problems,
application bugs and subsequent problem resolution - Managing the company’s web portals and scripts located
within. - Providing technical support to employees on website /
software issues. - Monitoring of external services and accounts such as
hosting, domains to ensure availability of services when needed. - Graphic Design and Multimedia support such as video editing,
video uploads e.t.c. - Learning Management Support; Talent Sourcing through
social media / digital platforms - Content Management for the company’s corporate
communication channels - Performing of other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND
- Application / Software development with knowledge of
relevant programming languages - WordPress and Web development
- Graphic Design
- Video Editing.
- Social Media/Digital platforms.
