lookout for a Field Education Manager to join
the Benefit Australia

Job tasks
and responsibilities
The Field Education Manager’s
key responsibility is to train and manage in-store Beauty Therapists and Beauty
Advisors, drive product launches and lead key events and play an active role in
the roll out of NEW Benefit Beauty Service Counters. Some Dosmetic &
International travel required.
A typical day in the
life will entail;
* Instore staff
coaching and development
* Coaching on
counter training sessions
* Facilitating class
room setting training on Beauty consulting, selling success and specialist
services (waxing, tanning, tinting).
* Supporting the
aligned Territory Manager with recruitment and sourcing of new team members
* Formal performance
management of staff via structured performance appraisals
* Auditing service
technical standards and compliance with Hygiene practices as per the State
Health Department regulations
* Leading by example
& embracing the role of head ‘Benefit Brand Ambassador’
Skills and
experience
You will have;
* High energy levels
and an infectious positive ‘can-do’ attitude
* A qualification in
Beauty Therapy and extensive practical experience
* Certificate IV in
Training and Assessment highly regarded but not essential
* Ideally a minimum
2 years of Retail Management experience (Territory/Store/Salon/Counter)
* Exceptional people
management & communication skills
* High-level
organisation & superior customer service skills
* Passion &
‘fit’ for the Benefit Cosmetics unique product range & culture
