- Proper

- Maintains
and updates supplies data bank;
- Under
the supervision of head of procurement unit he/she prepares tender
documents;
- To
make evaluation reports of basis;
- Helps
the head of unit as need arises;

- Bachelor’s
degree in Procurement, or Logistics, or Purchasing and supply or Law.
- Two
year experience in procurement.
- Very
good knowledge of both written and verbal Kinyarwanda, French or English;
- Strong
ability to organize and prioritize workloads, meet deadlines and targets;
- Computer
literacy and ability to effectively use personal computers and office;
- Information
Technology Equipment, as well as Microsoft Soft Office Applications;
- String
Interpersonal and negotiation skills, knowledge of principles of law of
contract and tender procedures.
- Good
knowledge of report writing;

- Creates
and maintains files for registered taxpayer by:
- Registering
tax related documents Audits Report received.
- Receiving
documents from RRA tax units.
- Preparing
RRA tax folders in the property identified area.
- Files
content sheet data entry into the computer.
- Facilitate
RRA revenue auditors to retrieve and consult the tax payers file and make
sure the file is returned in time specified.
- Sorting
non active file/ document from active ones.
- Receive
tax documents from respective departments.
- Prepare
Weekly flash, monthly and annual Report.
- Maintains
a register of exits and returns of all files by.
- Verify
files requests in tax system.
- Receiving
files requests at the Documentation counter.
- Verify
files in the documentation office.
- Recording
exit tax files in the Documentation system.
- Verifying
that files returned contains all registered documents.
- Recording
the return in files with in the documentation system.
- Placing
the files in their proper location and according to Alphabetical order or
codification.

- Bachelor’s
degree in Library and Information Science. Office Administration and
Management or any other related field.
- Ability
to apply a Library classification system.
- Ability
to follow specified procedures.
- Ability
to maintain accurate records.
