with the release of this position announcement, Winrock International is
recruiting local Rwandan applicants for the position of Deputy Chief of Party
for the anticipated USAID-funded “Youth Employment Project (YEP)” project in
Rwanda. The proposed objective of the project is to increase stable employment
for vulnerable youth in Rwanda. The nation-wide project will align with USAID’s
Feed the Future and have a focus on workforce readiness and youth
entrepreneurship.
