are Rwanda’s fastest growing professional organization. To help manage this
growth, we are looking for an “SAP
Controller and Hotline Operator”
to start as soon as possible.
The Controller will play a critical role within One Acre Fund, serving as the
face of our customer service proposition to agro dealer clients, as well as the
individual entrusted with reliably keeping and updating data that will serve as
the foundation for documenting One Acre Fund’s success to key stakeholders.

Duties and
Responsibilities

  • Accurately
    data enter

    sensitive financial data critical to our operations into SAP in a timely
    manner.
  • Proactively
    coordinate

    between field teams and head quarter teams on the telephone and by email.
  • Use SAP
    to generate reports and analysis when requested.
  • Provide
    excellent customer
    service
    to clients.
  • Make
    insightful inputs towards suggested process changes that improve our
    operations as a whole.

Requirements:

  • 1-2
    years customer service experience (preferred), or 2-4 years of experience
    in a role that requires a lot of oral and written communication with
    clients
  • Excellent
    communication in written and spoken English and Kinyarwanda
  • Fluency
    in French not required, but a positive
  • Proficient
    in writing, in terms of being able to apply correct grammar in written
    communication
  • Degree
    in Business, Communications, Marketing, or other related field
  • Attention
    to detail
  • Computer
    skills, most importantly experience in Microsoft Excel; ability to perform
    basic data functions using Excel
  • Collaborative
    customer service attitude
  • Shows
    understanding, friendliness, courtesy, tact, empathy, cooperation,
    concern, and politeness to others and relates well to different people
    from varied backgrounds and different situations
  • Ability
    to recall information that is received orally (via telephone, for example)
  • Receives
    and responds to verbal and body language cues in an appropriate way, and
    in a manner acceptable to the audience
  • Problem
    solving: accurately identifies problems, and is able to proactively
    develop a solution or contribute to a solution by identifying and
    summarizing relevant data
  • A

    about serving smallholder farmers
