Duties
and Responsibilities
and Responsibilities
- Play
an active part in the print team to assist in the running of an efficient
and reliable print service. This demands excellent organization to ensure
all printing requests are delivered on time. - Coordinate
a busy schedule of printing requests, helping to maintain and run smooth
printing system. - Be
responsible for the maintenance of all printers and related machinery,
reporting and assisting to resolve all maintenance issues on time. - Be
responsible for tidiness and organization of the TUBURA print shop.
Requirements
- 1-3
years of professional working experience in print services. - Diploma
in Electronics or other related fields. - Experience
in troubleshooting and repairing printers. - Fluent
in Kinyarwanda as well as English and/or French. - Effective
communication skills. - Extremely
hard working and dedicated to providing a high quality service. - Attention
to detail and strong organizational skills. - Solid
computer skills regarding e-mail, internet usage, Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Publisher. - Friendly
personality, professional and proactive work attitude, as well as the
ability to interact with people from different backgrounds.
