vulnerable children by contributing to child protection systems strengthening,
capacity building of Child Protection Networks (CPN) and other stakeholders at
grass roots level in Western Region clusters operational area.

Karongi District another based in Nyamagabe District with possibility to travel
in neighbouring districts and rarely at Kigali .

Responsibilities:
- Provide
support to project coordinator on day to day basis in the delivery of the
project goals. - Prepare
necessary trainings for all project targeted groups in collaboration
with the project coordinator - Facilitate
the Establishment of child protection clubs in schools and conduct visits
to field as necessary in consultation with child project coordinator. - Provide
administrative and logistic support to the team for field visits and
respective project activities. - Establish
and maintain the project’s information management system including
developing and maintaining appropriate paper and electronic filing
systems, including accounts files, project correspondences, news
clippings, and reports for reference and efficient operation of the
office. - Provide
logistical support for all project training courses, - Follow
up on received cases related to child abuse in the project area - Conduct
quarterly meeting with child protection committee and other partners to
exchange on project implementation - Organizing
and conducting child protection forums - Organize
and facilitate the reflection meetings with local leaders, child centered
organization, FBOs, Project focal persons and CPC members - Follow
up with the implementing partner for progress reports, submission of
reports - Work
closely with Effective project coordinator efficient monitoring and
reporting of the project deliverables. - Maintain
in good condition all the project assets put in his disposal for
successful delivery of the project. - Assist
with any other duties as assigned by the Project coordinator

- Must
be an active member of lawyers of Hope proven by attending LOH planned activities
in the previous years - Must
have a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) - Must
be computer literate in Ms Word and power point - Must
be fluent and good writing skills in English and Kinyarwanda - Team
work spirit and high command oforganizational skills - Must
live or able to live in Karongi and Nyamagabe districts of western
province. - Ability
to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Ability
to work and travel at short notice.
