The joint venture of
NPD & PATRONICS SERVICES LTD wishes to recruit competent candidates for
plan design, supply, erection and commissioning of 110KV transmission line
MUSHA-GABIRO-RULINDO, the positions include;

Civil
engineer

Will be responsible
for providing expertise & guidelines for all foundation work and survey for
quality execution of Musha-Gabiro-Rulindo transmission line project.

Will be working
under the project manager fo

r the successful execution and closeout of
projects.

Key
responsibilities

  • Involved
    in line survey, soil investigation, tower pecking, bush clearing, pit
    marking and foundation works
  • Check
    that the project is in line with the overall programme and report to PM
    for any discrepancies
  • Understand
    all technicalities for the smooth execution of the project
  • Manage
    the supervisors and erection team and follow up on day to day activities
  • Offer
    leadership at all levels to harness the available resources towards the
    set targets
  • Assist
    the PM in recruitment of staff within the project area
  • Attend
    site meetings
  • Prepare
    progress reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis

Required
Academic Qualifications, Knowledge, Competences and Skills:

  • A
    University degree in Civil Engineering and other any related fields
  • At
    least 7 years’ experience in Civil works and at least 5 years for
    transmission lines which shall include at least 50 km of 110 KV project
  • Computer
    literate with very good knowledge of MS Project, MS Office,  AutoCAD
    and other Civil line Softwares
  • Excellent
    communication in English.
