Firm Integration assistant position has become available in our ENSafrica | Rwanda
offices in Kigali. The firm is seeking to appoint a passionate, responsible and
career-driven team to run the client, front-of-house services and assist with
the back-of-house business support operations.
The successful
incumbent will be responsible for representing and promoting the firm,
constantly improving and finding ways to enhance the front office experience
for clients. They will be expected to implement all necessary processes and
procedures, keep role players abreast of the current status of activities,
tasks and projects, provide relevant team-leader feedback, ascertain the views
of stake holders and give personal input so as to ensure an innovative,
solution-driven and world-class offering is provided to clients. Due to the
nature of our deadline-driven business, the work environment is one which
requires that all tasks are treated with urgency and executed with excellence.
The team will be guided in their operations by the firm’s strategic goals and
must uphold the ethics and practices of a professional services environment.
The candidate should
have some expertise and be able to demonstrate hands-on experience and the ability
to provide service support in all of the following areas: telephony, AV, IT,
photocopiers, scanners and other specialized equipment, facilities,
administration, procurement, travel co-ordination, organizing and assisting
with logistics, serving and hosting clients, report generation, financial
administration.
Essential
competencies
- Higher
school certificate or equivalent - A
tertiary qualification (4 year post schooling preferably at a reputable
university) - Excellent
personal presentation, interpersonal skills and a can-do/ problem solving
attitude - Good
communication skills in the English language (writing, reading and verbal
articulation abilities) with French conversational skills an advantage - Proven
experience in client care and building long term client relationships - Experience
and willingness to work hands-on and operationally focused - Willingness
to host clients at various functions/events including those that take
place on weekends and afterhours - A background
/ exposure to fine dining and understanding of restaurant etiquette - Experience
working in a team and in a pressurized “stop-start” deadline-driven
environment with constant change and re-prioritizing of key tasks - Sound
knowledge of Windows and MS Office
