President Scholarship for World Leaders at University of Winnipeg in Canada

Over 5% of the
student population at The University of Winnipeg are international students.
That is close to 500 people from 68 different countries! The University of
Winnipeg is dedicated to ensuring that all students have equal access to higher
learning. As a result of this mandate there are support services and programs
in place like financial assistance to make that happen.

There
are a wide variety of ways

to fund your education as an international student.
Unless otherwise stated, all full-time and part-time students are eligible for
Entrance and In-Course awards as long as they meet the published criteria. In
addition to these programs, there are also some specific opportunities
available just for international students that we would like to highlight for

President’sScholarship for World Leaders [PDF]

The University of
Winnipeg President’s Scholarship for World Leaders will be given to
international students entering any of the University’s divisions for the first
time – Undergraduate,
Graduate, Collegiate , PACE or ELP.  Values
range from $3,500-$5,000.

Deadlines to
Apply:

April 1,
2016 for Spring 2016
June 3, 2016 for Fall 2016
October 7, 2016 for Winter 2017
